Chateau du Doux is a family-run venue that specialises in weekend weddings (generally from Friday to Monday) for between 30 and 85 guests. The Young family fell in love with the Chateau 15 years ago and since then have invested all of our time, energy and love into renovating this amazing and unique building.

Unlike a hotel, our Chateau is the family’s home. They aim to be an integral part of your wedding weekend, providing guidance and assistance throughout your stay whilst simultaneously maintaining a discreet distance which allows you and your guests to enjoy the complete exclusivity of the venue and its grounds. Furthermore they restrict the number of events we host each season in order to allow t hem the time to tailor your wedding package and to ensure we achieve the highest possible standard. This also allows them to get to know you, to fully understand your requirements and to enjoy the experience alongside you.

Due to the size of the venue, Chateau is able to sleep up to a maximum of 70 people on site in both the Chateau and newly-renovated apartments in the adjacent building. The accommodation includes a luxury Bridal Apartment with its own bridal dressing room, 15 double bedrooms, 2 family suites and 8 apartments. There is also have a disabled access bedroom and wet-room which is available for any guests with mobility issues upon request. Each newly renovated bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom meaning your guests aren’t obliged to share. Furthermore should you not require all of our accommodation we are able to adapt our package and thus reduce the overall cost.
